Acacia wood Cubes or Chips, more correctly Robinia wood Cubes or Chips come from the Palatinate forest from wild growth.
They give fine, fresh notes paired with honeydew melon and fresh herbs.Acacia wood finds its application where freshness and structure giving elements in the maturation are important. Robinia somewhat conceals overripeness, the wine or distillate appears leaner.
Heavily toasted give the cubes or chips, bacon strong smoke aromas.
Contact time: We recommend using it during aging or finishing for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 6 months. As an option, dosage can be heard during short maturation.
