Right of withdrawal
In case you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, i.e. you place your online order with us as a natural person and the transaction is concluded by you with us for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. If the delivery consists of several parts belonging together, the period begins when you or a third party appointed by you take possession of the last part delivery.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to demonstrably send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
According to the new legal regulation of 13.06.2014 - in the implementation of the EU Consumer Directive, customers can be charged the costs for returns from June 2014, which is hereby done. We will have the goods collected from you on request, but will charge you for the transportation costs incurred.
