Very nice, bright and used barrique barrel 225 l made of oak wood with traces of red wine of the first choice. Equipped with galvanized hoops. The barrels can be used very well as a bar table, for decoration or as a display. Some of the galvanized tires have some flash rust and the barrels have a natural, bright appearance.

The barrels are technically in good condition, but are no longer suitable for food use.

They are cleaned with high pressure before shipping and the tires are shot tight, some of the barrels are equipped with a crossbar in the head.
Our decorative barrels are mainly suitable for outdoor use.
However, if you would like to place the barrel in heated rooms, we strongly recommend having the staves glued by our coopers. (Can be ordered under accessories). This is the only way to ensure that your barrel remains stable for a long time.
Each oak barrel is unique. Different colorations are caused by the precious contents that were once stored in it. Small nicks in the wood or minor unevenness are not quality defects, but rather a result of the unique construction method and the previous use of the barrels. Hardly any other piece of furniture exudes as much authenticity, esprit and feel-good atmosphere as a wooden barrel, with each one telling a different story from days gone by.

When selecting a location, please note that tannins or residues from the previous storage may be washed out under certain circumstances. If you have any questions about the placement of your decorative barrel, we will be happy to help and advise you.

Glass plate incl. barrel screw

Our 8 mm thick securitized safety glass tabletop is an optical highlight for every barrel. (This glass is protected from fragmentation.) The round glass tabletop has been equipped with a hole in the middle (20 mm), in which the stainless steel screw is mounted with brass nut on the barrel head. The edge of glass top has been finely sanded. The delivery includes barrel screw. The barrel screw will be mounted into the barrel by combined purchase order, so that you only need to hang up the glass top.

Robinia wood panel - round

We produce each tabletop individually in our cooperage. We obtain the logs from the growing area Nordvogesen/Pfalz Forest. The table tops are made of solid square timber, notched and glued and the edges are chamfered. If desired, the top can be treated with linseed oil to give it a silky matt shine. Three small wooden blocks are fixed to the underside of the tabletop, which allows it to be placed on a 225 l barrel. Stainless steel barrel screw - Glass plate holder

The barrel screw made of stainless steel with brass nut, guarantees an optically elegant option, the fixing of a glass plate on a wooden barrel. Instructions for self-assembly:First of all, the drum lid is removed from the drum professionally and a 10 mm hole is placed in the middle. The stainless steel thread is placed into the wooden barrel lid from below and the lid is fixed back into the barrel. Then the round glass plate, which is equipped with a hole, is placed on the stainless steel thread. The brass plastic ring is then placed on top of it and finally the screw is fixed with the brass nut. When you buy the glass plate the barrel screw is included. If you order the glass plate together with a barrel, we install this barrel screw directly into the barrel, so that you only have to put on the glass plate.
