This barrel table is the latest upcycling idea from our carpentry. It combines the old with the new to a special kind of table.
An original barrique barrel 225 l has been disassembled by our carpenters and every second stave has been removed. The whole table now allows light to pass through, which creates interesting light effects, especially at dusk. In addition, you can admire and enjoy the wine discoloration inside the barrel.
The entire barrel was sanded, glued and varnished. The galvanized barrel hoops were painted black.
The barrel is available with or without a glass top. The table top is made of tempered safety glass (the glass is protected from shattering) and is fixed to the barrel lid by using a stainless steel barrel screw with a brass nut.
The bar table is a special feature for home, terrace, bar or restaurant. The bar table must be protected from rain or moisture in outdoor areas.Before making barrel tables, we let the barrels dry and glue the staves individually. This complex process ensures the stability of the table and prevents the wood from warping due to temperature fluctuations. Nevertheless, please note that too dry and warm heating air is not good for the barrel.We attach great importance to the greatest possible authenticity with this product. This means that a shelf barrel / table of this type has previously been lying and moved for years in the "warehouses" of the various distilleries / wine cellars.Notches in the wood or, under certain circumstances, an uneven floor are not defects in quality, but are rather determined by the specific nature of the construction and the previous use of the barrels. Colour deviations are possible.

Beautiful counter combination, consisting of two used 225 l oak barrels and a solid oak top.
We manufacture the table top from the staves of a used large cask.
The barrels are glued and sanded, the barrel hoops are painted in black. For the support on these two barrels we manufacture a solid oak wood plate. On the underside of the table top there are wooden attachments for placing on the barrels, which fit into the upper edge of the barrels. We underlay the surface on the barrel hoops with felt.

Exclusive barrel table, manufactured in massive but from the visual aspect not too difficult construction of an ancient big oval 3000 l wine barrel.
Every table is a unique and single copy, especially in the woods’ grain. The barrel’s nature and appearance have been maintained, only the seat and backrest have been shaped. The bench has been treated with precious wooden oil and is also suitable for garden use. Technically perfect with sunk-in screws by an exclusive use of materials of the old wine barrel. The table is equiped with a glass plate.
The bench can be ordered in individual picklings and paintings.

This table has been made out of an old and cleaned wine barrel.
The staves have been cut off at the 3rd hoop except of four. Those four staves are the feet of the table and have been stabilized with two crossed staves.
The barrel table is painted and the hoops are painted gray. Optionally we offer other surface treatments, for this we request your inquiry.

This exclusive conference table was made from former large distillate barrels. For this purpose, the cross-drum surfaces were milled and glued together to obtain the desired length. The original grooves in which head and bottom were worked in were preserved and were covered with raw materials of the customer and poured with resin.
In the finishing process, the table was finely sanded and lacquered.
The design of the foot frame was made with original staves from the earlier containers in order to ensure originality and authenticity.

Counter arrangement, consisting of a refurbished, size-adapted old planer bench (approx. 1740 x 830 x 810 mm) as a pre- and storage table for bottles and glasses.On the bench is integrated a barrel storage made of oak wood, to hold three oak barrels (2x 20 l and 1x 30 l) with internal stainless steel bubble (capacity stainless steel bubble 10 l). The barrels are arranged side by side above the planer bench. Our 8 mm thick securitized safety glass tabletop is an optical highlight for every barrel. (This glass is protected from fragmentation.)
The round glass tabletop has been equipped with a hole in the middle (20 mm), in which the stainless steel screw is mounted with brass nut on the barrel head. The edge of glass top has been finely sanded.
The delivery includes barrel screw. The barrel screw will be mounted into the barrel by combined purchase order, so that you only need to hang up the glass top.
This extraordinary highlighting bar table is produced from a 225 l used oak barrel. You find on top a quarter of such a cask fixed in carpenter quality. The whole table is shaved and varnished. The galvanized hoops are painted in black. In the middle of round oak table we have been installing a glass plate to show the inside as aglass cabinet. An internal LED – line with a multiple choice of colours run by a remote control set up the cask table to an eye catcher !
The barrel pipe ring (footrest) can optionally be ordered under accessories.

The staves have been glued and the hoops have been fixed with screws. An opening has been cut for a storage place between two hoops.

Our mobile counter can be used as an optical highlight on your trade fair stand, in your sales room or private area, in your garden, on your terrace or in your bar. It consists of two airline trolleys, two round oak panels, a counter top and a front panel for between the trolleys.
The counter top and the trolleys are designed in such a way that the top can be mounted and dismounted on the two trolleys in a few easy steps.
Trolleys: two completely overhauled, fully functional airline trolleys, covered on the outside with stave veneer and treated with different stains. Inside the trolleys are equipped with compartments, holders or drawers for bottles, cutlery, glasses, brochures and much more. We will be happy to cater to your every wish.
Round oak tops: Two round oak tops make it possible to convert the trolleys into a stylish high table. They can also be used individually, if space conditions do not allow otherwise.
Counter top: Another component is a counter top rounded at the front, produced from oak wood in a stain of your choice.
Front cladding: The front cladding of the counter consists of barrel staves and rounds off the appearance of the entire counter in an attractive way.Included here is a transport box for the two trolleys, which can be picked up with a forklift and ensures safe transport.

The planing benches are single pieces and cannot be reordered, every planing bench has its own history and tracks of using because of the manual insert during several decades. Your barrel is placed on a raised surface so that it is easily accessible for sampling. We produce each tabletop individually in our cooperage. We obtain the logs from the growing area Nordvogesen/Pfalz Forest. The table tops are made of solid square timber, notched and glued and the edges are chamfered. If desired, the top can be treated with linseed oil to give it a silky matt shine.
Three small wooden blocks are fixed to the underside of the tabletop, which allows it to be placed on a 225 l barrel.

Then the upper third of the barrel was cut off to reach a final height of about 58 cm for the table.The special thing about the table is the vertical edge at the back. An original Bourbon barrel have been cut vertically and transferred by a carpenter to a table with a massive beech plate as top! Table has been fixed on two barrel racks, sideway on the heads of the barrels it´s an option to place your laser logo.
The shown table is varnished in jetsam look and protected by a clear final finish. As an option we can varnish the table plate in black or antique or with a shiny finish. Just give us your wish of visual maintenance in the comment field.

The standing table is multipurpose and will attract attention however it is used, whether it is a reception table in your entrance area, a presentation table for your delicacies or a visual highlight in your gastronomy or hotel business.
The table top and table legs are made exclusively out of barrel staves from an old red wine barrel. The final treatment with linseed oil gives a silky matt sheen.

Made from a used oak barrel 300 l, professionally cleaned and sanded, provided with a round barrel plate. The galvanized hoops have been pained silver. The round barrel plate by means of a solid oak substructure is screwed on the barrel. This standing table is mounted on four rollers and one roller can be used as a parking brake. To avoid theft, this table is equipped with a metal hoeing.
This standing table is coated with boat varnish and optionally available with a laser engraving of your logo.
