No. 44 Stave Mini Infrared:
French oak. Excellent for rich red wines that require elegant wood. Roasted coffee and dark chocolate aromas are characteristic for this stave - Bordeaux style.

French oak. Very good fitting to mature, aromatic types of wine such as Syrah that need to be supported by soft tannins. Temperature was reduced when producing the toast limits. The structure decreases the structure of tannin and creates a diversity of flavours.
