Use: In wines, beers and distillates,
alternative products can be used at any stage of development. The chips are
packed in the desired dosage (e.g. in nylon or stainless steel tubes or tubular
bandages) and then added to the alcohol.
Treatment with wood chips results in extraction of
color, odor and flavor substances contained in the wood or formed during
toasting. Samples should be taken regularly until the desired effect is
achieved with your alcohol and the chips should be removed.
Contact
time: We recommend using it during aging or
finishing for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 6 months. As an option,
dosage can be heard during short maturation.
